Manager-supervisor mini-mechanics department

located at:
6325 Boul. Wilfrid-Hamel L’Ancienne-Lorette.

We serve renowned products such as:

SMG, Honda, Stihl, Husqvarna, Echo (Shindawa), Portable Winch, etc… Skills sought:

• Knowledge of mini-mechanics

• Good sense of planning and organization

• Comfortable with computers

• Minimum of 3 years of experience

• Share knowledge with the team

• Ability to work and manage in a team

• Sales and customer service oriented

• Good interpersonal skills with the customer/supplier Definition of tasks:

• Receive and respond to customer requests on site, on the phone and by email (price, availability, etc.)

• Make appointments and schedule repairs, equipment pick-ups and deliveries, etc.) Supervise staff, warehouse clerks, mechanics and delivery people. Manage the layout of the showroom Participate in purchasing and maintaining the inventory of units and parts. Ensure customer satisfaction Benefits :
